Hi,
Having to supply power to a pylon sign that was relocated due to road widening. Contractor that moved it just ripped it out of ground and moved it without regard to supply. Remnants of conductors and conduit in bushes. nothing marked for location. No one called so everything was ignored. I tried a trace but since wires are ground shorted I cannot locate with inductive or non inductive trace, project is not 100% as a last resort will try small excavator but I was just wondering if anyone has resorted to some extreme measures like what I'm considering. I have used compressed air but this time am thinking of adding some adapters and using high pressure water through pipe to get close. There are cable, phone, and traffic control all in the area and all marked.
Please help.
Thanks!
I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
